	Whether you're coming to this area for the Baseball Hall of Fame, Dreams Park, Glimmerglass Opera, Fenimore Art Museum, or the Farmer's Museum, this house is ideally located just minutes from Cooperstown. Out in the country, but really close to everything!
This comfortably furnished house is only 3-1/2 miles from Dreams Park and 3-1/2 miles from Cooperstown. There is plenty of lawn for the kids to run around and a great jungle gym. A gas barbecue grill and summer furniture are ideal for the chef of the family. The spacious livingroom has two sofas, cable TV, VCR and WiFi.	Cable TV, WiFi, AC!
The eat-in kitchen is bright, with a huge bay window and is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeepot, etc. There is also a full sized washer and dryer and the house is cool with window air conditioners.

The master bed-room has a queen sized bed and private door to the bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds. All linens are supplied. Housekeeping is not provided.
