Total peace and privacy and only eight minutes (5 miles) to Dreams Park.  A five minute drive through the woods takes you to good fishing at Goey Pond!  Do not take Goey Pond Road from Route 28 and Dreams Park.  It is not a through road.

This cabin has a full kitchen, half bath, washer and dryer, queen bed in the bedroom, and livingroom with satellite TV on the first floor.  The loft has a wall of windows, full bathroom, and two twin beds.                 

   Only 8 minutes to Dreams Park!   

In 1915, Fred Powers was born to recent Irish immigrants who settled on a farm in Hartwick Township.  At the age of twelve, he planted many trees on the property.  60 years later, with the help of his family, he completed building Goey Pond Cabin out of the very trees that he planted as a child.  He and his wife retired to this cabin for the remainder of their lives.

A large air conditioner keeps the whole house cool.  All bedding and towels are provided, housekeeping is not.    Cell phone service in this area is unreliable, but there is a phone with local service. Please bring a calling card for long distance.
