Originally built for hop pickers families and mill workers in 1840, the house became a Harmony Row was rescued from destruction in the early 90's and transformed into a country home, with restored original hemlock floors, enlarged rooms and added elements of comfort and beauty. |

The first floor covered entrance leads into a large eat-in kitchen, complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and all necessary cookware. This is a beautifully bright room with large windows looking out at the colorful garden. |

Cell phones work well in this area and local and long distance calls within the US are free on the house phone. Access to a washer/dryer is by arrangement with the owner who lives in the other half of this two-family house. |

| The library, next to the sitting room leads to a full bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower and the master bedroom (full bed), giving you an element of privacy from the other rooms. All bedding and towels are provided, housekeeping is not. | ||
