		Heron's Rest is named for the many herons that frequent the pond in front of the house and is ideally located just minutes between Oneonta and Cooperstown in the heart of Leatherstocking Country. Only 15 minutes to Dreams Park and 10 minutes to All Star Village or Baseball World.
This is a convenient location whether you're coming to this area for the Baseball Hall of Fame, Dreams Park, Glimmerglass Opera, Fenimore Art Museum, or the Farmer's Museum. A 10 minute drive takes you to two golf courses and Gilbert Lake State Park, with fishing, swimming and hiking. Easy day trips can be made to Howe Caverns, the Finger Lakes, Catskill Mountains, etc .

The living room/has comfortable seating, TV, WiFi and local and long-distance telephone.

The open floor plan includes an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and all necessary cooking and eating utensils. This house has central air conditioning for your summer comfort.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and TV. All bedding and towels are included. Housekeeping is not provided. A washer and dry are located off the kitchen and a handicapped ramp leads to the back door. There is a gas barbecue grill and outside furniture for your summer enjoyment.
