The Milford House is an 18-room, well kept, spacious, 100+ year old house in the small village of Milford. The sheltered front porch is ideal for watching the world go by. The old carriage house from the horse and buggy era is attached to the back. The apartment is airy and bright with front and back entrance and large windows.

The village of Milford is 10 minutes from Cooperstown and 5 minutes from Dreams Park.  Less than a minute's walk takes you to the Corner Store Deli, restaurant, bank, post office and village park.  Walk to the Susquehanna River, an excursion railroad, and a microbrewery.

Whitfield House & Park Place are just around the corner from the Milford House.  Techa's, the Busy Bee and the Village Farm are a short walk away. A great way to be close to other team families!

The bedroom has a queen sized bed with full bathroom off the bedroom.  All bedding and towels are supplied.    Housekeeping is not provided.  A brand new coin-op laundry room is located at the back of the house.
