The Colonies at Park Place consists of three complete 2-bedroom apartments decorated with an early 1900's English colonies theme.

Park Place is located in the village of Milford next door to the Whitfield House, and around the corner from the Milford House, Techa's, Busy Bee and the Village Farm - a great way to be close by other team families and close to Dreams Park.

The village of Milford is 10 minutes from Cooperstown and 5 minutes from Dreams Park. Less than a minute's walk takes you to the Corner Store Deli, restaurant, bank, post office and village park. Walk to the Susquehanna River, an excursion railroad, and a microbrewery.

The English colonial theme takes you back over 100 years as you relax with your morning coffee on the huge front porch before a day filled with activities.

The Bombay is a spacious two bedroom apartment with one bath, and is located on the second floor. The Bombay has its own front and back entrance.

The front entrance to the Bombay is inside the front door and up the stairs. Plush couches and oriental rugs greet you in the living room, equipped with TV, and VCR/DVD. The large eat-in kitchen is a crazy step into the jungle with black panther and leopard chairs.

The two bedrooms, decorated with beautiful British colonies Victorian style furniture, each have a queen bed and all linens. Master bedroom also has an extra door to the bathroom and private stairs down to the parking area.

The apartment offers air conditioning, all bedding and towels,, TV VCR, DVD, all kitchen utensils, full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and large yard with gas barbecues and summer furniture. Housekeeping is not provided. A brand new coin-op laundry room is situated at the back of the house. Cell phones work well in this area. Housekeeping is not provided.
