The Colonies at Park Place consists of three complete 2-bedroom apartments decorated with an early 1900's English colonies theme.

Park Place is located in the village of Milford next door to the Whitfield House, and around the corner from the Milford House, Techa's, Busy Bee and Hendricks House - a great way to be close by other team families and close to Dreams Park.

The village of Milford is 10 minutes from Cooperstown and 5 minutes from Dreams Park.  Less than a minute's walk takes you to the Corner Store Deli, restaurant, bank, post office and village park.  Walk to the Susquehanna River, an excursion railroad, and a microbrewery.

The English colonial theme takes you back over 100 years as you relax with your morning coffee on the huge front porch before a day filled with activities.

The Rhodesia is a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, and is located on the left side of the house on two floors. 

The two bedrooms both on the second floor, decorated with beautiful British colonies Victorian style furniture, each have a queen bed and all linens. The master bedroom has an attached full bathroom.  The second bathroom is located off the kitchen. A spiral staircase takes you from the first floor living room to the bedrooms on the second floor. 

         Satellite TV, WiFi and AC!  

The front entrance to the Rhodesia is inside the front door on the left. Plush couches and oriental rugs greet you in the living room, equipped with TV, and VCR/DVD. The eat-in kitchen is a crazy step into the jungle with black panther and leopard chairs.  A door from the kitchen leads directly to the front porch.
