Only 15 minutes to Dreams Park, All Star Village or Baseball World.

 This is a convenient location whether you're coming to this area for the Baseball Hall of Fame, Dreams Park, Glimmerglass Opera, Fenimore Art Museum, or the Farmer's Museum. A 10 minute drive takes you to two golf courses and Gilbert Lake State Park, with fishing, swimming and hiking. Easy day trips can be made to Howe Caverns, the Finger Lakes, Catskill Mountains, etc

The open floor plan includes an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and all necessary cooking and eating utensils. Washer and dryer are in laundry area off the kitchen.
