	Get the best of both worlds! In a quiet area of the city of Oneonta, but walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. and next door to Wilber Park with swimming pool, tennis courts, swings and hiking trails. Just an ideal location for families coming to Cooperstown All-Star Village and Baseball World.
Spacious formal living room, casual den with dining area and TV with DVD open to the kitchen. Large windows make for a bright and airy living area. WiFi is available throughout the house.

Fully equipped bright kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and all necessary dishes, pots and utensils.


Two bedrooms have a full bed and cable TV in each, one bedroom has bunk beds and one bedroom has a twin bed, and there are two full bathrooms.	All bedding and towels are supplied and there is a washer and dryer. Window air conditioners keep the whole house comfortably cool. No house keeping is provided.

3TVs, WiFi, AC. Walk to Oneonta's Main Street - shops and restaurants. Bring your swimsuit and tennis racquet and hiking shoes for Wilber Park. 5-10 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village and Baseball World!
