This is a family-friendly house surrounded by lawns, perfect for children's games - with a basketball court and wiffle ball field -with all the necessary equipment on-site - free, jungle gym, and large playhouse with many toys - on 20 acres. A great place for team parties, with a fire pit with firewood available for purchase. A cold water creek is on site for enjoying, cooling off, and exploring. Across the street at the school is a state-of-the-art track and playground. Down the road is the village park with tennis courts, baseball fields, playground, etc. We have several other houses and apartments in the village of Milford. A great way to be close to other team families!

Milford is only a 5 minute (3-1/2 miles) drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Less than five minute's walk takes you to a deli, restaurant, bank, post office, village park, and the Milford Depot of the historic Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley Railroad. A short walk further and you are at the Cooperstown Brewery or the Susquehanna River (good fishing).

Village Farm is a collector's dream - 50 years of wonderful decorations are displayed in this house. A huge window in the eat-in full country kitchen with convection and microwave ovens overlooks the lawn. A breakfast bar as well makes for enjoyable meals together in this well-equipped kitchen. There is also an adjoining dining room with shelves full of wonderful knick-knacks. In the front of the house are two comfortable living rooms - one with a TV with HBO and Showtime, the other living room has a piano. There is a full toy chest for younger children. Such a spacious house is ideal for sharing with another family. The back deck has a gas grill and plenty of oudoor seating.

The first floor has a bedroom with two twin beds and one with a queen-with attached full bathroom (access only through queen bedroom). The second floor has a queen bedroom and one with three twin beds. The full bathroom on the second floor has access from the queen bedroom and also the hallway. Each of the second floor bedrooms has a TV.
