Pleasant Valley - Emerald
The Emerald is a spotless three bedroom, two bath house. The living room has a telephone and satellite TV, and a VCR (with over 100 tapes for viewing) and spacious dining area. The eat-in kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, etc. and a laundry center with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached full bathroom.
At the opposite end of the house are two additional bedrooms, each with a full sized bed, and another full bathroom. Because of the layout of the house, it is an idea place for families bringing grandparents or for sharing with another couple. the house has two window air units. A covered deck with gas barbecue and summer furniture is conveniently located off the kitchen, eat outside rain or shine!
A large pond for fishing and paddleboating is located just beyond the owner's equipment storage facility.
Many cell phones to not work well in this area. Local calls are free on the house phone. Please bring a calling card for long distance calls. Housekeeping is not provided.
