Picturesque farmhouse located on 172 acres of field, streams, and hills outside of Cooperstown.

The main house, an early Federal house one year older than baseball, is a very spacious two bedroom, two full bath house. It has a living room (with sofabed), dining room adjoining the kitchen, and washer and dryer. The first floor bedroom has two twin beds, and there is one full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor bedroom has a queen and a twin and adjoining full bathroom. Also on the second floor is a TV room with satellite TV.
