The one-bedroom apartment is attached to the main house, and is lovingly furnished with antiques and filled with light from the 16 foot high wall of windows. It has a large living/dining room with sofa bed, completely equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and full bathroom with claw foot tub/shower.

Located only 9 minutes from Dreams Park and 15 minutes from Cooperstown.

All towels and linens are supplied, TV/VCR, telephone (please bring your calling card), air conditioning, gas grill, and the quiet of the countryside. Children welcome.Housekeeping is not provided.
